15 May Chris Pearce is now a STYLIST at our Southbourne Male Hairdressers.

We are pleased to announce that Chris Pearce a barber at our barbers in Southbourne has been promoted to a Stylist!!!

It was two years ago that we first meet Chris when he applied for an apprentice position in our barbers in Westbourne . He was always full of energy and enthusiasm and worked hard every day to learn from his colleagues. Our apprentices are very important to MINT they grow up working around our talented team members and because of this they pick up skills which are second to none in their barber career.  He finished his level two NVQ in barbering In a record time and went on to work in our Southbourne barber shop where he carried on his learning around manager Stuart. Chris is an all round fantastic barber who specialises in shorter hair types like the skin fade. We are so proud of how far Chris has come since joining us two years ago his persistence has paid off and there is very excited things to come for him 💈✂️
